Randy Redmann serves as Vice President of Operations for Axia Electric, bringing more than 37 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction, project delivery, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has led complex infrastructure projects across California, supporting design-build, progressive design-build, and bid-build delivery methods. His experience spans major electrical, water, wastewater, and treatment facility projects, as well as large-scale capital improvement programs.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) and Design-Build Professional, Randy provides strategic oversight of operations, project execution, and organizational performance across the business. His background in planning, estimating, scheduling, risk management, constructability reviews, and commissioning enables him to lead multidisciplinary teams while driving safe, efficient, and successful project outcomes.
