Axia Electric, a Shimmick Company, supported critical infrastructure modifications for the LAX Bradley West Core Renovation – Phase 0, which required phased demolition and reconstruction within an active terminal. Axia’s work included relocation of electrical systems and utilities to accommodate new vertical circulation elements such as elevators and stairs, while ensuring continuous operation of terminal services. Working under strict airport security protocols and in close coordination with stakeholders, the team sequenced all electrical work to minimize disruption and maintain safe access for airport staff and the traveling public.
