Axia offers immersive, 12-week paid internships for highly qualified college students eager to work on complex infrastructure projects. As an intern, you’ll be embedded on a real project team, doing the work of a field engineer—not just observing.
From day one, you’ll contribute to active job sites, supported by mentorship from experienced engineers. This isn’t job shadowing—it’s your chance to take ownership, solve problems, and see what it’s really like to be a valued member of the Axia team.
Internships typically run from May through August, nationwide, with a focus on West Coast project sites. Throughout the program, interns participate in weekly check-ins, field tours, and lunch-and-learns with Axia leadership and technical experts—gaining both professional insight and hands-on experience.
